Mel & Nap started TAG RACECRAFT in 1991 as a hobby for their love for muscle cars, Mustangs in particular. Nap worked at Ford (and still does currently) and loved the raw power of the Mustang, but wanted to add that little bit extra. They started experimenting with cutting edge technology at the track, rigorous research and development with long waits in between each track appearance. Originally starting with a 15 second ¼ mile mustang, has turned into a mean 8 second car. It hasn't been easy, but the patience of the two brothers has paid off.

Since then, all their research has been handed down to their customers cars. The same ideas and principles they put into their race car, they realistically apply to your car.

At TAG Racecraft, we offer many different services. We have a full service bay with a hoist to do brake jobs, oil changes, gear swaps or exhaust work. We do it all here at TAG from aftermarket exhausts, mounting tires on rims, installation of suspensions parts, motor swaps, trannies, turbo kits...you name it, we do it! At TAG Racecraft, we build custom intakes, exhausts, turbo kits, chassis, etc for all types of cars. But our love is making your car go fast!

We are the only shop in Oakville that can provide you with DYNO readings for your vehicle. Be it front wheel drive or rear wheel drive, bring it in and we will see how much power is under the hood.

2003, what's now known as TAG RACECRAFT has turned into a premium tuning facility. With their in-house dyno, research and development has sped up immensely, thus, bringing them to the next level of competition. The future looks promising. With the Dynojet working away, along with custom fabrication, one can only wonder about the Turbo kits they're making for YOUR car

2004 hit us and we at TAG were hard at work with some projects. The AVID Racing car was completed and appeared at Performance World. The full chassis designed by TAG drew a crowd! It was the first all tube chassis FWD civic in Canada.

2005 came with the RWD civic. It is raced and built by TAG has been a scene favorite. Some small thumbnails are captured on the right hand side. Make sure to check this car out at all the CSCS events.

2006 currently we have 4 project cars under development and a new CSCS contender in fabrication stage.
